SHIPPING POLICY

Kovrez (operated by DK Enterprises) ships across India through registered domestic courier companies. Here is what to expect at checkout:

Shipping Charges:
- Prepaid orders (online payment): Free shipping
- Cash on Delivery (COD): Rs. 45 shipping charge applies

Order Processing: Orders are processed and dispatched within 1-2 business days of being placed, subject to product availability.

Delivery Timeline: Orders are typically delivered within 5-7 business days of dispatch, depending on your location, subject to courier company norms. Delivery of all orders will be made to the address provided by the buyer at the time of purchase, and delivery confirmation will be sent to the email ID provided at the time of order.

Delays: The Platform Owner shall not be liable for delays in delivery caused by the courier company or events outside our reasonable control. If your order has not arrived within the estimated window, please contact us at doliworkbgn@gmail.com with your order number.

Shipping charges, where applicable, are non-refundable.
